Let’s gather this Sunday to experience a Sound Healing Journey to surrender into deep letting go. We will absorb the therapeutic sounds, frequencies and vibrations to shift our vibration into alignment!

A sound bath is an inner journey, treating sound in a unique and sacred way where you become both the receiver and participant of your own healing process.

This vibrational medicine creates a pathway to a place of stillness and relaxation, which then begins to move through areas of stagnant energy.
The frequencies help to release blocked energies in the physical body while opening access to the subtle or energetic bodies.

Sophia will be creating a sound journey by weaving together different vibrations of gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, rattles, chimes, drums, bells, tingsha and voice to allow you to relax to the fullest and release old patterns. The divine soundscape will take you on a profound journey into the self, releasing the old to bring the body and spirit into greater harmony and alignment.

About Sophia:
Sophia facilitates private and public healing sessions using the stimulus of sound, vibrations and energy to help unblock past experiences or memories to move through the body to achieve balance and harmony once again. She holds a compassionate and safe space for you to explore your own healing process using a blend of instruments and voice according to the need of the person. Aromatherapy, crystals, The Black Pearl Technique (Chinese Meridians), and hands-on energetic healing is applied intuitively and guided by spirit to allow the person to take a deep vibratory journey into their own self-healing. She also facilitates cacao ceremonies, Goddess Circles, and Kundalini Dance. She continues her studies with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, helping her connect with spirit and earth.
