We Are What We Think.Life Mapping is a workshop developed for personal reflection, it is an invitation to disconnect from life’s stress and demands.A workshop that connects desires with personal goals by reflecting back on the past and projecting forward towards the future.Our mind is constantly buzzing with tasks and to-do lists, when faced with so many responsibilities sometimes we tend to forget ourselves and take our own needs for granted.Life Mapping is based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life Coaching methods delivered by a certified Life Coach guiding participants into letting go of their past regrets and discovering their personal strengths.Life Mapping includes guided meditation sessions and fluid body movements offered by professional teachers from the collaborating Yoga Studios.2019

Darma JiIt is a full day immersion of personal growth where you connect to yourself and like-minded individuals.Refreshments and snacks will be available and a potluck lunch will be served, where each participant is invited to bring a food item to share.
(Preferably easy to make light salads and vegetarian options.)Participants are invited dress comfortably in order to sit at ease and take part in the body movement sessions and are advised to purchase a notebook for this experience.Participation fees: 120 $
(Yoga Studio reserves the right for admission)Fees include full day workshop and ongoing online support for three months as part of the Life Mapping Closed Facebook Group facilitated by Life Coach Rosa Maria Kallas.Darma Ji Schedule:
